FAQ — MehmetSoftware

Question 1

What types of software do you set up?

Accepted Answer

We work with a wide range of business software — CRMs, project management tools, communication platforms, accounting software, HR systems, and more. If your team uses it, we can set it up. We're platform-agnostic and have experience with tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, Monday.com, Slack, QuickBooks, and many others.

Question 2

Do you handle cloud-based and on-premise software?

Accepted Answer

Yes, both. Most modern business software is cloud-based, and we handle those deployments end-to-end. For on-premise installations, we work with your IT team or infrastructure provider to ensure a clean, correct setup.

Question 3

Will you integrate the new software with our existing tools?

Accepted Answer

Integration is a core part of what we do. We map out your existing tech stack during the discovery phase and connect your new software to the tools you already rely on — whether that's syncing data, automating workflows, or setting up API connections.

Question 4

What happens if something breaks after setup?

Accepted Answer

We don't disappear after go-live. We stay available for follow-up questions and issues after handoff. If something breaks or behaves unexpectedly, reach out and we'll sort it out with you.

Question 5

How is your training different from the vendor's own documentation?

Accepted Answer

Vendor documentation is written for everyone — we train for your team specifically. We learn your actual workflows, your team's comfort level with technology, and the specific ways you'll use the software day-to-day. The result is training that sticks because it's relevant, not generic.

Question 6

What training formats do you offer?

Accepted Answer

We offer live group workshops, one-on-one coaching sessions, and custom curriculum built around your workflows. Most clients use a combination — a group session to cover the fundamentals, followed by one-on-one coaching for team leads or power users who need deeper mastery.

Question 7

How many people can attend a group training session?

Accepted Answer

Group sessions work best with teams of 3 to 20 people. Larger organizations can be split into smaller cohorts so everyone gets meaningful interaction time. We'll recommend the right structure based on your team size and the software being covered.

Question 8

Do you provide any materials or documentation after training?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We put together a concise reference guide tailored to your team's workflows — not a copy of the vendor manual. It covers the key tasks your team will perform most often, so they have something to refer back to when questions come up.

Question 9

How do you price your services?

Accepted Answer

Pricing is based on the scope of the engagement — the software involved, the size of your team, and the complexity of your setup or training needs. We don't publish fixed rates because every project is different. After a short discovery call, we'll give you a clear, itemized quote with no surprises.

Question 10

Do you offer packages that combine setup and training?

Accepted Answer

Yes, and most clients find that the combination delivers the best results. When we handle both setup and training, we can design the training around the exact configuration we built — so your team learns the system the way it was set up for them, not a generic version of it.

Question 11

How long does a typical software setup take?

Accepted Answer

A straightforward single-tool deployment typically takes one to two weeks from kickoff to handoff. More complex projects involving multiple integrations or large teams can take three to six weeks. We'll give you a realistic timeline during the discovery phase — we'd rather set accurate expectations than overpromise.

Question 12

How long does training take?

Accepted Answer

A standard group training session runs two to four hours. Full training programs — covering multiple tools or multiple teams — are typically spread over one to two weeks to avoid information overload. We pace training to your team, not a fixed schedule.

Question 13

Do we need an IT department to work with you?

Accepted Answer

No. Many of our clients are small businesses without dedicated IT staff. We handle the technical side of setup and explain everything in plain language. If you do have an IT team, we're happy to work alongside them.

Question 14

What information do you need from us to get started?

Accepted Answer

For setup, we'll need access to your existing tools and accounts, information about your current workflows, and any vendor licenses or credentials for the new software. For training, we need to understand your team's current skill level and the specific tasks they'll be performing. We'll walk you through a discovery checklist after you reach out.

Question 15

Is our data secure during the setup process?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We follow security best practices throughout every engagement — we request only the access we need, we don't store your credentials, and we document every change we make. If your organization has specific security or compliance requirements, let us know upfront and we'll work within them.

Question 16

Can you work with software we've already partially set up?

Accepted Answer

Absolutely. We often come in to clean up or complete a setup that was started internally and ran into problems. We'll assess what's already in place, identify gaps or misconfigurations, and bring everything up to a clean, working state.
